11" x 14.5" 1: Melt our Merckens Chocolate and apply to the textured side of the transfer sheet. 2: Use an offset spatula to evenly smooth the melted chocolate. 3: After letting the chocolate cool, carefully peel the acetate. The chocolate is ready when it is soft enough to cut and before becoming brittle. 4: Press cutters in cooled chocolate to cut out shapes. Cut shapes closely together to reduce the excess. Leftover chocolate cannot be remelted after transfer sheet has been applied.
